How do I start mountain biking? In this Intro Women’s Mountain Biking clinic, we’ve designed it for women riders who want guidance in building confidence and skills to take their mountain biking to the next level. Participants will learn and practice skills in a safe, controlled environment from experienced mountain biking instructors with a passion for sharing knowledge and developing skills in others. This is not an intense downhill or jumps clinic, it is safety minded fun. Our coaches will cover the fundamentals and get you out on the bike trails.

Our Women’s Mountain Biking clinic session two, is the perfect way to continue to build on with what you learned in session one. This Progression Clinic is the next step to grow fundamental skills plus learn a host of new mountain biking skills to keep participants riding safely with increased speed, control, and confidence. MTB Clinic participants will learn the pure fun of mountain biking on our single-track trails, as well as descending the mountain on our beautiful lift-served downhill gravity trails.
3–Friday Clinic Series – Ages 18+
July 7, 14, & 21
4:00PM – 6:00PM
This 2 day Clinic focuses on making you a better rider through increased confidence and improved understanding of the relationship between you and your bike. Gravity focused, we will work on descending the steeps, navigating rocks, switchbacks, and berms. We will review skills on the green level gravity trails, then move on to the blue level gravity trails.
