Enhance your Enduro Race Clinic

This 2-hours clinic will focus on how to safely maintain speed through the endure specific trail.  Including high speed, low speed cornering, braking and acceleration techniques.  Part of this clinic will take place on the green DT | River Trail to give you a head start if you plan to join the FTW enduro race at 6pm.

Tiff’s Bio

Tiffany was born with a passion for living life to its fullest and helping others. She is a Northland Native, with a BA from the University of Wisconsin Superior and BS from the University of MN Duluth. She has fifteen years’ experience in Human Resources as St. Louis County’s Health Promotion Coordinator, over a decade and a half of speaking experience, event coordination, behavioral change coaching, personal training, and health education. She holds a NETA Personal Training and CPR Certification and is pursuing her PMBIA Level 1 Mountain Bike Instructor Certification.

In 2016, 2017, and now fall of 2023, she’ll be competing with Team USA in triathlon as an age group USA triathlete team member at the Olympic Distance World Championships in Pontevedra, Spain. She has qualified for and competed at Worlds in the Triathlon 70.3 distance and pulled off a few wins in races from the 50k ultra marathon distance down to the 5K, but her biggest athlete accomplishment was reaching her goal of a sub-3-hour marathon which she pulled off twice in 2022 after 8 years of trying.

Tiffany is full of energy, a passionate educator on all life topics and believes her purpose is helping others thrive.
