Skihut has been helping northlanders enjoy their natural surroundings now for 50 YEARS!! FIFTY! We believe that says alot about how we've been doing at supplying you with the right equipment and service. And our aim is not only to keep it up but to do an even better job of it. Here at Skihut we carry alot of different products. From bikes, canoes, kayaks, and inline skates in the summer. To downhill skis, cross country skis, and snowboards in the winter. And let's not forget all the clothing to go with all that gear! And, sometimes, because of this diversity we have been criticized as a "big box" store. Nothing could be further from the truth. Yes, we do have several departments. But you will never see a snowboarder selling cross country or a cyclist trying to sell a boat! That's because our departments are DEDICATED! Each department is staffed with entusiasts dedicated to that particular endeavor. Sort of like several smaller shops all under one roof. If you are shopping for downhill skis you will be talking with an avid downhill skier! Cross country skis....a passionate cross country skier. Snowboards.....a certified knuckle-dragger! If you don't do it, you don't work at Skihut! We feel this is the ONLY way to help you get what you need! Fifty years is a pretty long time. But, thanks to you, we made it.
